_{Seriously didn't think this would ever be necessary, but see us here today.}

This rules apply to all my adopts, unless specified on the description of the adopt. If you ever buy anything from me I expect you have read this. This journal is your first warning.

Bullet; Green

Do's

(Things you're allowed to do)

-Change Mane and tail style.

-Change the species (Pegasus to unicorn, bat if you like)

-Add/Take accesories

-Make the pony older/younger.

-Change Gender
-Change body

-Ask me for an unwatermarked version. (most of the time I save it, but sometimes I forget)
-Upload my drawing, but ONLY if you credit me and credit the base maker.
-Ask me for a hold if needed. (I'll hold for 2 days or more if you can promise you'll pay on a certain date)
-Breed the adopt
-Change the pony's parents (Applies to all breedables)
-ASK ME ANYTHING I can't stress this enough, if you have a question about an adopt or need ideas for it. Just ask me. I don't bite I swear!

Do not's

(Things you shouldn't do)
-Change mane, coat, tail, eyes colours.
-Recolour my adopts and post/resell/claim as your own. (you will be asked to take it down nicely, but if you don't other measures will be taken)
-Say you want an adopt and not pay. (I WILL put you in a banned buyers list. _{I'm extremely reasonable when it comes to holds, don't be afraid to ask, also understand that things happen. But, if you just ignore me I'll do the same to you} )
-Upload my art WITHOUT my signature. I will send you a seperate file of your adopt when you buy it, without it. If you want to upload it, tell me. So I can give you one with my signature.

MUST DO

(Just do it~)

-Make at least one drawing of your pony. (I wanna see! I'll favorite of course and I'll give more consideration to you in future adopts)

-Give me credit for the design at least once (by typing :dev imborednstuff: or :icon imborednstuff: without the space in the description)
-Pay (I shouldn't have to say this)

(It's stuff and I don't know where to put it)
-WHEN RESELLING: You may resell for less of what you bought and tell me who's the new owner. (You can also give it back to me I'll try reselling it). (If you want to sell the adopt for more, it'll have to bring some art with it or information)
-I won't return points, unless its a DIRE situation or something, but it may be that I spent the points or something, so don't count on it.
-For deactivated accounts, I'll take the adopt back and put it back up for sell. (If you move accounts TELL ME)
-Want an adopt, but don't know what to do with it? Ask me! Most of the time, I have thought of names a small story to go with my adopts and I'll gladly let you use it.
-If I seem to have some trouble with you delayed payment without warning/lack of use of OC/etc. I'll take back the adopt, I'll try to warn you, but as said above. This journal is you first warning. I'll keep an extra close eye o-O
