I'm Proud Of You, Circuit

Ever had that one OC that you adopted, but you're afraid of not dolling them right? That happened with this guy here. But, oh well I won't get better if I don't try, huh?

He still kinda needs a name... but he's the Colonel of the guards with a lot of pride in his work. He can be very rough on his family specially his son Giga Watt, but none the less he cares for them. He specially likes his nephew Short Circuit because his dream is to become a guard just like his granpa.
